Senior Days

On special occasions such as Easter week or Valentine's Day, TCRC plays host to senior citizens from Scott Senior Center and/or Providence Housing Complex. The older generation enjoys the company of the younger children at TCRC as they participate in fun activities together, such as the Easter Egg spelling bee or Game Day or Christmas in July. TCRC is interested in promoting more intergenerational programs and welcomes any ideas for more activities that give young and old an opportunity to play and learn together.

"It's A Guy Thing" and "All About Girls"

TCRC hosts two separate annual all-day fun and learning events - one for boys and the other for girls -- between the ages of 12-19. Keynote speakers like Joe Burns of the Buffalo Bill football team are followed by many other workshop presenters who encourage the young people to go forward with confidence and goals. Fun and food are mixed into the full day, making it a worthwhile experience for all who attend. Call us for more information.
