Preventive Health Screenings
Thomasville Community Resource Center, partnered with Thomas County Health Department and Archbold Memorial Hospital to provide preventive health information, education and clinical health screenings for Thomasville and its surrounding counties. The goal of this collaborative effort is to decrease the risks
and incidences of obesity, diabetes, cancer and heart disease among African Americans and other disadvantaged and underserved populations in our area.

Clinic Hours: (By appointment only)
Cardiovascular Screenings- Mondays: 2-7:00PM & Tuesdays: 3-7:00PM
Cancer Screenings: Thursdays- 5-7:00 PM
Coalition of Promise and Prevention
The Coalition of Promise and Prevention supports the efforts of a coalition to prevent and reduce substance use, reduce teenage pregnancy, reduce STIs, STDs, HIV/AIDS and at-risk behaviors among youth.
Promise and Prevention meetings are held every third Thursday at 9:00 AM at Thomasville Community Resource Center. Please join us!
