PrintAfter School Programs (ASP)
Licensed, state-approved after school enrichment program with certificates of 100% achievement of Excellence from the Department of Human Services for our programmatic services. Our ASP operates Monday through Friday,3:30 to 6:30 pm. During the summer months, ASP converts to a Summer Enrichment Program from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Both programs provide educational and social enrichment and homework tutoring for approximately 90 children ages 5-12.
Once their homework is completed, the children participate in enrichment activities with a focus on our five goals of: promoting healthy living and economic empowerment; instilling life skills, reinforcing community responsibility and increasing environmental awareness. Gardening, chess, photography, crafts, career building skills, are all part of the programmatic choices available to our children. Additionally, daily dinner meals are provided for the ASP and three meals during the Summer Enrichment Program.
